Come enjoy the chocolates that aren't in grocery stores, that aren't mass produced. You will learn and appreciate the skill it takes to grow, process and finally make chocolate.

You have had good chocolate, and everybody deserves to enjoy great chocolate. Come and sample delicious  chocolates you may not have heard of, while learning what makes them special. Special flavors, special experiences, for every taste. Learn where and how chocolate comes to us from a farm to your hand. Taste the differences between chocolate types and varietals. Chocolate is grown in over 50 countries world wide, mostly on small farms. Now you can sample from a few and find out which you enjoy most.

We guide you through the history of chocolate, the steps to grow and process the cacao, the steps to make chocolate from cacao, and more. We include drinking chocolate or frozen hot chocolate (depending on the season).

We have tastings at our shop, and also go to companies to host chocolate events.
