Experience and enjoy the feeling of a chocolatier as you learn and master making chocolate bars and bonbons like professionals.
We supply professional molds, premium chocolate ( $20-30/lb.), chef's equipment and years of experience for your success. Choose, dark, milk, white, ruby or caramel chocolate for your experience.
The classes are in two sections: First you will master chocolate tempering while making your own bars. After they are demolded, we will package and label them.Your friends and family will think they're from a specialty chocolate shop!
For the second class, we'll step you through the bonbon making process, insuring you make gift-quality results. You can choose from a wide selection of molds and styles and fillings. The first step will be tempering the chocolate and properly filling the molds to make the shells. You will fill the shells with the ganache of your choice and then cap, chill and demold your chocolates. Finally, you get to package your own selection to enjoy and share.
