Ruby Chocolate Bar

Ruby chocolate is often seen in the British Baking shows. It is made from cacao beans that are fermented with citrus juice, giving it a distinctive fruity flavor along with the ruby color. Each bar is 80 grams.

This chocolate is delicious and pairs well with fruit wines or offsets sweetness in desserts.
