Tempering & Bars Class
Class: 2 1/2 hours. Tempering chocolate, learn what makes delicious looking chocolate and the feel and look of properly tempered chocolate while making your own bars. When you show your finished bars, people will think that you bought them at a specialty shop.
Classes will be held in our chocolate kitchen. Here, you either remake or eat your mistakes.
You will learn to enjoy making chocolates, and use over $30 worth of chocolate when you're done.
