Tempering & Bars class, August 19: Bonbons class August 26
First Class: 2 1/2 hours. Tempering chocolate, learn the feel and look of properly tempered chocolate and making your own bars. When you show your finished bars, people will think that you bought them at a specialty shop.
Second Class: 2 1/2 hours. Making bonbon shells with tempered chocolate, filling them with ganache and capping the bonbons. Again, while people will think you bought them, you can say you made them at a specialty shop.
Both classes will be held in our chocolate kitchen. Here, you either remake or eat your mistakes.
You will learn to enjoy making chocolates, and use over $50 worth of chocolate when you're done.
